先日、9月26日にオープンした銭函バーベキューのレセプションに行かせていただきました。
こちらのお店はカウンターとテーブルにも炭火があり
自分達で焼くことができるようにセッティングされていて
都会にいながら、また、天気を気にすることなくバーベキューが楽しめる空間になってます
これは盛り上がることも違いなし！店内の凝った内装も楽しいです
魅力的なメニューが並ぶ中、色々いただいて参りましたので感想を少し。
★生ラム肉の特上肩ロース
鮮度の良いラム肉はレアでどうぞ、とのこと。臭みも全くなく旨い
まめにスタッフさんが確認しながら食べやすくカットしてくれるので、ちょうどいい焼き具合でした
★握りずし
御覧の通り！色鮮やかなのはもちろん、ネタがどれも大きく驚きます
因みに上寿司と特急寿司があるみたいです
★鮭・ししゃも・さんま・特大金目鯛
さすが直送だけあって新鮮で味が濃いです
とくに蟹のほぐしは甲羅にびっしり身が詰まっていて大満足。これは絶対に食べるべき
その他に・生牡蠣・ボタン海老・つぶ貝・雲丹と北海道の名産が何でも揃います
わざわざ北海道に行かなくても、こんなに旨い魚が東京の真ん中で食べられるなんて感動ですね
★カマンベールチーズ焼きバケット付
変わり種ではありますが、肴には最高ですね。いうことありません
★ドリンク
生ビール・日本酒は幻酒網走地域限定ロマン・獺祭をいただきました。希少種の品揃えもバッチリです
そしてなんと、26日・27日はドリンクを含む全品半額だそうで
昨日のオープニングではものすごい行列が出来ていました。兎に角店内は広いのでこの機会に是非行ってみて下さい
