土曜日の夜に仕事関係の友達4人で伺いました。
銀座という土地にあってお鮨のコースが15,000円と超リーズナブルなお店です。
お店はカウンターのみのこじんまりとした佇まいで、大将と店員さんがカウンター越しに接客をしてくださいます。
高級店という雰囲気ではないですが、銀座でのちょっとしたデートとかに使うにはすごくいいのではないでしょうか。
”ザギンでシースー”を楽しむのであれば15,000円は安すぎますし、クオリティにも限界がありそうなものですが、素材をうまくやりくりしながらコース全体にしっかりと満足のいく仕事をされてるなという感じです。
握り以外はざっくりとした居酒屋メニューのようなものが多いですが、その分気取らずに料理を楽しめます。
握りはリーズナブルなネタを活かしたラインナップなので、物足りないというひとはアラカルトで追加するのがいいと思います。
そもそも銀座でお鮨を楽しむのに”安さ”を求めるのが間違ってる気がしますが、そんな矛盾を感じさせない応援したくなるお店さんです。
