今回は秋田の有名な山本という日本酒を
久しぶりにいただきました。
秋田名物のハタハタが揚がる港町、
八森町にあり、世界遺産・白神山地の
天然湧水で育まれるお酒です。
そして！なんと
一年に一度しか味わえない
山本 6号酵母 山本７号酵母も
いただいちゃいました。
アマな私にはどちらもフルーティにしか
感じられませんでしたが ごめんなさい
飲みやすく、女子ウケ間違いなしの味です。
味の表現が難しい中、女性スタッフの方は
日本酒の資格もお持ちで
色々と教えてくださいました。
すごく心強かったです。
プロの方から料理に合うものをペアリングしてもらいながらお酒を知れるので
それもこちらのお店の
ひとつの魅力かもしれません。
活気のある清潔感のあるお店で
スタッフの方もとても感じが良く
ついつい長居をしてしまいました。
