Conger eel from Tokyo Bay, where rivers gather and have a good salt concentration, is of high quality.It has been said since ancient times that ``conger eel is only available in Edomae.'' You can fully enjoy its deliciousness with our signature dish, ``Edomae conger eel grilled in white''. We prioritize freshness, so we only make 10 servings per day. Advance reservations are especially required for Shirayaki.In addition, the ``Boar Garlic Stir'', made with fresh deer loin and exquisitely cooked, is also delicious. Please place an order when you visit our store.

The recommended course is the ``Isami Nabe'' course that includes 150 minutes of all-you-can-drink. This is our summer/autumn specialty hotpot. Fish balls and conger eel made with homemade conger eel, served with wasabi and Tosa soy sauce. Vegetables quickly simmered in bonito and conger eel stock can be enjoyed as is. The soup stock that brings out the flavor of the ingredients is exquisite! Finished with udon noodles. Please forgive us if the item is out of stock. Please make a reservation. We also accept reservations for small-sized pots only on Saturdays, so please take advantage of this. (5,500 yen for 2-3 people)

There are about 150 different drinks available. There are 3 types of 3-hour all-you-can-drink options available, which are recommended for those who want to fully enjoy themselves and for various parties.◎The 2,750 yen plan includes draft beer, shochu, and sour drinks, as well as 12 types of local sake and 10 types of pure rice sake. We offer a ``3,300 yen plan'' where you can choose from 8 types of sake, including seeds and daiginjo, and a ``5,500 yen plan'' where you can choose almost all kinds of drinks, including rare sakes such as Juyondai and Kokuryu, and over 40 types of shochu! Enjoy it however you like.
