全体的に良かったです。
入店までのアプローチで隠れ家的な雰囲気を楽しめたし、接客もとても良かったです。
ただ、クリスマスメニューと今回出てきた料理が結構相違している点は気になりました。
魚の入荷に合わせて、寿司ネタが変わることはよくあることなので、理解しますが、例えば、茶碗蒸し・通風丼・おひたし・鮮魚のしゃぶしゃぶなどメニューにあるものを全く出さないというのはいかがなものかと思います。
あと、しじみ汁もエンドレスと記載はありますが、出てきたのは後半、おかわりについても説明なし。
仮にネタが高騰して、全体メニューに影響が出たなら、それは事前に伝えるなどの対応は必要だったのではないかなと思います。
熟成させた白身の握りや大きなボタンエビなど、満足度が高かっただけに非常に残念でした。
