平日の夜に予約して20時スタートの会で訪問。
焼き鳥の一石三鳥のドア入り口に入って店員さんに予約の旨を伝えると案内してもらえます。
2階に上がった新政ボトルがたくさん飾られたドアを開けるとなんとその上にも階段が！今後移転予定だそうなので今の店舗でいただけるのはあと少しの貴重な機会にお邪魔できました。
このわたがのったシンプルな茶碗蒸しからスタート。握りと一品がおりまぜ提供されるスタイルです。
握りは赤酢で中心。久しぶりに中トロからの大トロの握りをいただきましたが、やはり美味しいですね！
しじみ汁はおかわり可能。あいたところに3杯くらいついでいただきました。なんと2000個ほどのしじみを使用しているとか！
日本酒はおまかせで軽くペアリングのような形でいただきました。富山の「満寿泉」の数十種類を用意しているようで一種類のみの珍しいラインナップですが、超貴重なものまであり楽しめました！
お店の大将は2人いらっしゃり、にこいちでそれぞれ 料理担当とお魚担当でわかれているそうです。
移転の他、グループで他店舗も新しく出店予定だそうなのでまたお伺いしたいお店です。
