ペアリングとは、工夫を凝らしたひら野の焼鳥をより美味しく楽しんで頂く為に必要な要素です。 一緒に味わうワインは調味料のように焼鳥の味わいにアクセントを加えて、味覚に変化が起こる「食べるだけでなく、楽しむ」食事に欠かせないものです。 難しい知識などは必要ありません。提供される焼き鳥とワインに身を委ねどちらかだけでも満足だけど、両方があったから感じられた楽しさを気軽に味わって頂きたいです。 1 杯目はスパークリングワインもしくは ビールをお選びいただけます。 その後は食事に合わせて、 少しづつワインを 3種類お楽しみください。
