Sakakiyama Beef is a rare brand of Japanese beef that is known only to those in the know and boasts some of the best meat quality in Japan.
One of the breeds that is the origin of Japanese Wagyu beef, only virgin Hiroshima-lineage cattle with roots in the ancient bloodline of Hiroshima are raised for a minimum of 32 months. We pursue the
...deliciousness of lean meat rather than marbling. We are particular about the feed we use, and raise healthy, low-calorie cattle with a BMS of around 6. Only a small number of cattle are shipped per month, and this is a truly rare Wagyu beef that is only distributed to a few Restaurants. Our restaurant is the only place in Tokyo where you can taste Sakakiyama beef.
