You can enjoy Kaiseki cuisine filled with seasonal flavors. The head chef personally selects the seasonal flavors, and uses traditional techniques such as sashimi, Simmered dish, and simmered dishes to create a visually appealing dish. ``Miyagashiro Yaki Hassun'' is a plate where you can enjoy gorgeous seasonal sake and grilled dishes. The rice used is Koshihikari rice grown in Uonuma. Meat, fish, and vegetables are all made with carefully selected ingredients.

A Japanese space filled with the warmth of wood. Our restaurant, located on the top floor, has table seats with a panoramic view of Marunouchi from the windows along the wall, as well as counter seats for casual dining. In addition, we have two types of ``private rooms'' where you can relax without worrying about those around you: table seats and sunken kotatsu seats. Great for welcome and farewell parties, entertainment, auspicious events, meet-and-greets, and hospitality for guests from overseas.
