In Keio 2, the last era name of the Edo period, it was founded as a sushi restaurant in Fukagawa Takahashi's stall [Japan Bridge Sushi Tetsu Main Store]. For more than 150 years, we have been delivering the deliciousness of Edomae Sushi to many customers. The biggest feature of our shop is "Shari". Compared to Kansai Sushi, which has a sweeter taste, it contains a little more salt, so it has a taste that permeates the body tired from work. In addition to the flavor of fresh ingredients, this "shari" is the secret to making it feel even more delicious.

The deliciousness of Sushi comes from fresh ingredients. At our restaurant, our expert chef goes to the market every day to carefully select the delicious fish of the day.
