◆注文：ランチ握り（1.000円／税込）
最近異動した日本橋寄りの京橋ワーカーです。2020年8月下旬の平日12時過ぎ、一人ランチ／お鮨好きだけど夜は自粛中、せめてランチで！というお寿司（敢えて鮨とは言い換え）一直気分。でも13時には社に戻るのでお高くても良さげな店（この辺だと「おけい」か「目羅」？）は無理。近隣で普通のランチ寿司を調べてこちらへ。
先客は一組テーブル席でしたが、私の入店後、サラリーマン的な方が1名〜2名と入店してきました。
お店の方は、握りカウンターに2名、店内2名。
カウンターのお好きな席にと案内されました。
「鯖と小肌はダメなんです（江戸前寿司好きなのに残念）」と告げるとカウンター内で「今日は鯖ないし」「雲丹？お前女性には甘いよね」「そこまでしねーよ」などと楽しい？やりとりを聞きつつ楽しく待ち。
供されたのは、店外の画像より小さい板にみっちり盛られた11貫。
何が替わりかわかりませんが、内容は普通。
※と思いきや、赤貝のヒモが❗️これが替わりじゃないよね？普通のランチ握りで出すのでしょうか？普通の人には好み分かれるネタですよね…。
◇赤貝ヒモ：お安い店だと生臭いのが多いのですが…なんとコリコリして美味い！！※これで評価アップしました
以下は千円ランチレベルで→
◇甘海老：とろ甘、割といける
◇帆立：乾き気味だと思いきや、逆に割としっとり甘味がある
◇鯵、蛸、烏賊、鰤：普通
◇その他：それなり。マグロ赤身がもっと漬けなら良いな。
◇シャリ＆握り方：主張なく悪くはないが、ちょっとベタついて板に米粒が残る。ネタとの一体感もなし。千円ランチなら充分だけど。
◆お味噌汁：蜆汁。蜆小さいながら6個くらい。染みわたり良し身もいただきました。なお美味しいと呟いたらお代わりさせてくれました（謝）
◆まとめ：ランチでお寿司、さくっと行くには悪くない。
※赤貝ヒモ特筆のところは再訪して評価しなきゃです。
