炭のフリット メインの巻いてある鳥
接待で個室利用。
相変わらず、驚きの食材と工夫に富んだ料理。
ワインからデザートまで隙のない、まさに美食のお店。
また行きたいです。
見ためも味もすごくよいランチコースをいただけて、目の前で仕上げの味付けとなるブラッドオレンジのかき氷を仕上げてくれたときはびっくりしました。演出が素敵な料理はとても美味しかったです。
イタリアンだけど和のテイストがとても強く、お店の雰囲気もとてもジャパニーズ。一つ一つの料理が凝っている。ボリュームもあり、お腹いっぱいに。。
とても気に入っっていた店だけに、閉店は残念です。
再オープンを期待してます！
前菜からどれも美味しかった。
