兄夫婦が旅行の帰りに東京に立ち寄り飛行機までの時間でどこか食事しようということになり
交通の便を考えて東京駅の近くでしかもグルメな兄夫婦との食事となればもうここでしょう。
京都のイタリアンの名店、イルギオットーネ丸の内店にやってきました。
オープン直後は雑誌やテレビによく取り上げられて予約の取れない店として有名だったからダメもとで当日予約の電話をしてみるとあっさりOK!
さて来店してみるとお客さんは４人しかいなく半分貸し切り状態。 でもそのほうがゆっくりできてこちらとしては嬉しい。
乾杯にロゼのスプマンテ。 そして５２５０円のランチを注文。
まずはオマールエビとモモと温玉のせの冷たいアンティパスト。 次はうにとお魚（種類は忘れた）のカルパチョ。
あれなんか１皿目と似てるしお皿も続けてガラスだしなぁ。
気を取り直してセコンドピアっトはそば粉を使った手打ちパスタ、ムール貝と共に
箸休めではないけどフォアグラのプチタルトがきて子牛のカツレツ。
ドルチェは何種類からかチョイスができて私はエスプレッソのパンナコッタとピスターシュアイス。
とまあ料理はこんな感じでしたが客が少ないけど常連さんばかりだったみたいでサービスもソムリエもそちらと話ばかりして
グラスが空いてるのにつぎにこないし泡が空いたから白を注文したくてもなかなか来ず赤の時も同じとちょっとがっかり。
料理自体は美味しいけどオペレーションの仕方とこれはしょうがないがお店の真ん中に大きな柱があってサービスマンもやりずらそうに思えた。
ただ、さすがに悪いと思ったらしく私物のリモンチェロをサービスしてくれたから気づいてはいたんだなと少しほっとしました。
常連はお店にとって確かに大事ですがあきらかに一番お金を使ってるお客にこれから常連になってもらおうとする態度がみられない。
自分たちの給料がどこから捻出されてるかよく考えてサービスすることも必要なのではないだろうか。
