母にご馳走したくて、こちらのお店をチョイスしました。
創作京都風フレンチ。
以前より気になってはいたのですが、どうも敷居が高そうで入りづらく。
ようやく入れました✨
想像通り、ひっそりとした店内でしたが、もう一組も、どうやら仕事の方との会食みたい。
やはりそういうのに使われるのかしら。
それぞれのお皿が本当に芸術的で、美しくて、食べるのを躊躇ってしまうくらい。
泡で乾杯しました。
まず、ワカサギの炭、というものが出てきて、
まず見た目にビックリ笑
真っ黒です！
それをはいで食べるみたい。中は、あっさりしたワカサギの、むしろ蒸されて旨みが凝縮されている感じです。
それを甘いお味噌につけて食べます。
出されたパンの入れ物がまたオシャレで、冷めないように、中にあっためられた石が入っているみたい。
途中で残しても、またそこにしまえば、温かいまま食べられます。
⚫︎鰤、色んな大根。
ちょうど立春すぎて、大根が美味しくなる頃。
色んな種類の色とりどりの大根が綺麗に盛られてきて、とても美しかった。
大根おろしを、とっても美しく盛っていただいて、これまた芸術的。
⚫︎リングイネッテ
帆立、菜の花、ポッタルカの細いパスタ
上品で、春のお味でした。さすが、京都風の感じがしました。
⚫︎鶏ローストのパン粉焼き
鶏をロールしていて、ギューっと中に詰まっている、
外側をパン粉をつけて焼き上げていました！
意外とボリュームがあり、お腹いっぱいになりました。
⚫︎デザート
最後のデザートが、またお洒落な器で出され、芸術的でした。アート作品のようで。
苺のアイスクリームにババロア、ベリーソースがけ、と言った感じですが、こうやって出されると、急に高級感が増しますね。
ひっそりとした空間で、じっくりお味を楽しめました(^^)
