今日はイタリアン食べに来ました☺️丸の内にある「イルギオットーネ丸の内」にお邪魔します✋

こちらはYouTube企画"パレドZ"で知り、訪問しました。オーナーの笹島保弘シェフは京野菜を使ったイタリアンでゲストを迎えてくれます

さぁ！始まりますよ♪【¥9160のコース】
・
自家製のパン三種→蓋を開けると中に石があり保温の効果があるそうです。このパンふんわり甘く美味しいです3回お代わりしちゃいました
・
ワカサギ竹炭→真黒なのは炭です。朴葉に包まれて横のバーニャカウダと食べます全然、ニンニク臭くないソースです。

戻り鰹、自家製酢漬け野菜→皮目を炭火でパリッと中はナマ。野菜本来の甘さと酸味が良いです

ウニの飯蒸し→瞬間スモークですね小さい器に煙モクモクで来るんですが、、給仕さんが取っちゃいました。ワサビのoilがちょっとかかっててこれまた☺️

サーモンとフルーツ→最初、(別々で食べるのかな。。)と思い食べるとサーモンの塩気が強め、フルーツと食べると甘味で
(もしかして、、生ハムメロンの背景かな？)

アユのパスタ→Oh〜アッユ〜♪大好物をパスタに☆ワタのほろ苦さがまた、Ottimo❗️(最高！)

仔羊のグリル→柔らかく味付けもシンプル。下の野菜が甘く香りも良いです京野菜ってこんなに美味しいんだぁ〜。。

(ZMAさんw給仕さんが行った隙に下のアバラ骨の肉を手掴みで食べてました)→だって美味しいんだもん

普通はここでデザート入るんですが、ZMAはパスタの追加+¥2360をしましたもう一つは松茸と穴子のパスタですね✨→折角だから食べてみたいじゃん❣️

で、デザートと。ふぅ〜ご馳走さまでしたイタリアンなんですが、和と伊の融合が垣間見えるお店です。また来たいなぁ〜。。
