Budoubuta is a brand of pork from Aya Town, Miyazaki Prefecture that is rich in vitamin E and is grown using the by-products of wine production as a supplement. Two different parts of this pork were made into super coarse pieces to create a salsiccia (Italian Cuisine sausage) full of flavor. This is a must-have item.
