別海町とはオホーツクや根室あたりの町の名前だそうです。
別海町ミルクで作ったチーズ入りだし巻き卵
アスパラの豚肉巻き
チーズたっぷりピザ
とうもろこし揚げ
をオーダーしました。
飲み物はサッポロビールとカシスソーダ、それと地酒をグラスで。
お通しにおでんが供されました。
練り物、竹輪、ガンモ、ウズラ卵でした。
カシスソーダはメニューになかったけど、聞いたら快く作って下さいました。
ここはきっとサラリーマン憩いの場なので、週末の夜とか忙しい時は個別オーダーできるかは不明です。
アスパラにピーマン、と野菜が美味しかったので野菜メニューをもっと頼んでみたいですね。
お酒の種類も豊富で、なかなかお目にかかれない北海道の地酒も有りました。
