☆「お肉大好き！があつまる、理想的な“ボリューム”メニュー」丸の内仲通り☆
丸の内のどまんなか、東京駅から行きますとビルの真裏、に位置します。こちらはスタッフのほとんどがソムリエの資格をもち、日夜ワイン好きが集まるカジュアルなビストロ。とのコンセプト。
※ランチメニュー
・オーブラック牛のビフカツ デミグラスソース1日10食数量限定・日替わり『豚肩ロースのロースト』・ブラックアンガス牛のステーキ(220g)など。
お料理と上質お肉に長けているお店、たぶん間違いはないだろう「豚肩ロースのロースト」スープが追加100円、“本日カボチャのクリームスープ”もお願いしました。パンはお替わり自由。
【スープ】
「カボチャのクリームスープ」
カボチャの風味は弱めながらも、口当たりの良い滑らかなクリームスープ。ドロッとこってりしているタイプでなく軽やかな仕上がり。コクある甘みが 後を引きます。
【パン】
『バゲット』
おおきなバゲット。薄いクラストはさっくり。クラムも軽く焼かれて同じくさっくり。
スタッフのお兄さんにおかわりお願いすると「暖かいの持ってきますよ～」とお気遣い感謝。
【メイン】
「サラダ」
おいしいドレッシングで味付けされたサラダ。
「豚の肩ロースのロースト・黒コショウソース」
ポークのグリル。厚切りポークは量感すごい。しかも二段重ね！
肉汁がしたたって、ぶ厚くて噛みごたえがあり、肉の食感、肉を食べている醍醐味を感じます。救われたのは脂分はすくない豚肉で、思った以上にあっさり。塩気のあるおろし醤油ダレ、これに豚肉のジュがプリュされたソース。
【ライス】
「白米」
パンだけでなく、ご飯もつく。かなり美味しくて、炊き込み技術も高いレベルです。
お値段以上にしっかりと美味しい料理を提供してくれます。味付けが良いのも当然ですが、お肉自体もどっかりして、申し分の無い量。
夏には広い開放的なテラスで、いただくのもいいかも。

東京駅丸の内仲通りにあるのグリル＆ステーキ「肉ビストロ＆クラフトビール ランプラント」
幻の和牛「尾崎牛」と伊産3大牛「ファッソーネ牛」を愉しめる肉ビストロ。
『尾崎牛』は“幻の和牛”と呼ばれる宮崎県産黒毛和牛。イタリア3大牛のひとつ『ファッソーネピエモンテ牛』も秀逸で低脂肪＆低コレステロールのヘルシーな赤身牛。
運営は（有）グットドール。姉妹店には『肉バル ウィッフィ』、『北海道産直バル 北海王 HOKKAIO 大井町店』、『センディーテラス』、『尾崎牛焼肉 銀座 ひむか』など。
ランチメニュー。尾崎牛の゙グリル、尾崎牛の゙カレー、尾崎牛の゙ラザニア、ブラックアンガス牛のステーキ、短角牛のサーロインステーキ、タパスサラダランチ。

【スープ】
「冷たいとうもろこしのスープ」
とうもろこしのつぶつぶ感を残したじんわりと旨いスープ。甘すぎないけど、ブイヨンのコクを゙残したつくり手の技術が伝わる仕上がりです。
【サラダ】
「グリーンサラダ」
何でもないシンプルなサラダですが、ドレッシングが超美味でした。
【パン】
「カンパーニュ」
以前のバケットから、ソフトなカンパーニュに。
【メイン】
「尾崎牛の゙ラザニア」
挽肉ではなく、すじ肉、牛脂、などの塊肉が入って、なかなかボリューミー。チーズ、ラザニアパスタ、ベシャメルソースと牛肉の旨味や甘みが滲み出たトマトソースとのバランスが素晴らしい。味付けにはスパイスもきかせて、味わいに輪郭があり、飽きさせません。
【食後の飲み物】
「アイスコーヒー」
量たっぷりで、暑い日に、有り難いです。
ラザニアは、数量限定だったので、後から来た方は、無くなっていたようです。想像以上に、美味しかったです。
目の前で、暑い厨房の中、一生懸命お調理されているシェフ達のお姿。なるほど、真面目さが、料理に現れているわけですね。
