Our boiled fish is made with only water and soy sauce. By keeping the seasonings simple, we want people to enjoy the natural flavor of the fish, and we want people to learn about the differences in the taste of each type of fish. We use Arita soy sauce from Wakayama Prefecture. Arita soy sauce has a gentle sweetness that goes well with fish. We hope you will enjoy boiled fish with Wakayama's famous Nanko plum.
