「漁師のまかない丼」っていったっけか、バラチラシで丼の周りにはぶりがぐるっと。最後は出汁をかけてお茶漬けに、ランチ1200円、お刺身もルックスもわりといいかもねむです。
お会計の時にお土産にと羅臼昆布くれましたヨン。
お父さんの若いころ、ぶりって北海道のイメージになかったけど。
水温の高い暖流系のブリが、海水温の上昇で？ 今では北海道全域で水揚げされるようになったと知ってびっくり。
近年の漁獲量は北海道全国1位、2位長崎県、3位千葉県と、北海道のブリは定番になりつつあるようですね～。
新コロ ナインティーンがまだまだはっきりしないからでしょうか、何回か覗いたけどお客さん少なくないけど多くはない心象。
かわいそうになっちゃったけど２方向ガラス張りで眺めもぬけてて将来は窓の向こうに日本一のビルができればここはバッチリ目の前、景観良きコジャレてスタイリッシュ、外にテラスもあるお店でこの先楽しみです。
東京駅からもすぐというか真横に、2027年高さ390ｍトーチタワーが開業予定、踏ん張ってほしいですね～。
加齢のお父さん、日本一のビルが出来あがるころまで、まだこのあたりに棲息してるのかなぁ。
