Food Course menu that lets you feel Hokkaido
This is an example of the main courses you can choose from. The sashimi platter that comes with all-you-can-drink includes Hokkaido's Local Cuisine ``Ruibe.'' Other, the standard potato butter and salted fish sauce and chicken zangi main dish come with extremely fresh Seafood Chanchanyaki. You can also enjoy Yebisu and Kaku Highball.

We offer a wide variety of Seafood dishes using fish shipped directly from Rausu, including Sushi, sashimi, authentic charcoal grills, robatayaki, and Local Cuisine. One of our most recommended dishes is ``yuni,'' which is prepared using only kelp and water, a method unique to Rausu. We use kinki fish and fish that are not often available, so the meat is fluffy and brings out the natural flavor of the ingredients. Also, be sure to try the dried fish ``Rausu Fisherman Nozawa-san's Mahokke'' and the ``Fisherman's Meal Rice Bowl'' made with plenty of fresh seafood, which has been featured in the media!

For beer, be sure to try the ``SORACHI 1984,'' which has the aroma of cypress and lemongrass flavors and a rich aftertaste that fills your mouth. The terrace seats, which have impressive seats made from boxes of freshly rolled salmon, were created in cooperation with a recycling company called [ARAMAKI] in Eniwa City, Hokkaido. In addition, the interior, decorations, and costumes are all created by engineers such as shrine carpenters and guitar craftsmen. The restaurant's interior features a raised sunken kotatsu, high ceiling, and glass walls, offering a great view and creating a space that enhances the cuisine prepared by our experienced chefs.
