コロナも明けて、最近は関東の方に仕事で出かける機会が増えて来ました。
新幹線で東京駅には昼頃到着することも多くあるわけですが、そういった時はいつも時間がなくて、どちらかというと料理の美味しさよりもスピード重視。
その日もそんな日でした。
場所はヤエチカ。
東京駅を降りてすぐの場所、どこに行こうか迷いましたが、うかうかしてるとランチ難民になります。
しかも時間が無いので早く提供してもらえそうな・・あっ、ひもの野郎が！？店内は明らかにお客さんがあまり入っていません。
このお店は大阪駅前ビルにも入っているお店です。
そこにすら行ったこと無いわけですが、ひもの野郎デビューがまさか東京になるとは・・色々なことが頭をよぎりましたが、とにかくスピード重視なので入店します。
店員さんに聞くと、950円の日替わり定食が早く出来るとのことでしたので、言われるがままそれをオーダーします。
お〜たしかに早い！！
5分かかってなかったように思います。
そして、そのビジュアル・・朝定食！？
これは朝食だと言っても誰も疑わないような日本の朝食的ビジュアルです。
鮭は想像通り、柔らかくて食べやすい・・鮭です！
この定食で1番美味しかったのがご飯。
京都で有名な八代目儀兵衛とのことでしたが、たしかに程よい弾力と水分量、粒が立っていて美味しい米でした♪
あとテーブルに備え付けの梅干し♪
ご飯に合う適度な酸味と塩味、そして口の中に入れるとホロッとトロけていくところがイイ感じです。
総滞在時間15分ほどでした。
