Kishu Binchotan is a dried fish made by drying it with Binchotan charcoal. Bincho charcoal removes the ammonia odor from fish, increases amino acids and glutamic acid, which are the umami ingredients, and retains protein. There is a wide variety of fish, including horse mackerel, coho salmon, saury, fatty mackerel, red sea bream, and black-throated sea bream, all of which are full of flavor! !

Delicious dried fish received as a year-end gift will be deliciously grilled using a string grill. We charge 1,100 yen (tax included) per fish. Please make a reservation or inquire by phone by 3:00pm on the same day. We will confirm the species, size, and quantity of fish. Depending on the reservation status and the storage status of the dried fish brought in, we may refuse your request. We do not offer grilling services only.
