Executive chef Takumi Kimura, who has been dedicated to cooking for over 30 years, serves Seafood dishes using crab and other Seafood, as well as Meat Dishes using Satsuma chicken and Sendai beef. Commonly known as Kimutaku. A true Edo kid born in Tokyo. Immediately after graduating from junior high school, he trained at a long-established Japanese-style meal restaurant. After that, he gained experience as the chief executive of the overseas expansion division of a major Izakaya (Japanese-style bar) chain, and as the principal of a cooking school. Now, as the executive chef of our company, he delivers delicious dishes to our customers every day.
