大手町にありますCYCLEさんに伺わせていただきました。
フランスのミシュラン三つ星レストランであり、2019年には世界のベストレストラン50で第1位を獲得し、2021年には殿堂⼊りを果たしたMirazurを率いるマウロ・コラグレコ（Mauro Colagreco）シェフによる、⽇本初のガストロノミーレストランになります。
こちらはフランスでスーシェフを務めた日本人シェフ、宮本悠平さんがシェフをされています。
基本的には日本の食材を使い、フランスのDNAを受け継いだメニュー構成になっていました。
店内も開放感があり、ホスピタリティーも抜群！
人気になること間違いないかなと思います！
そして、個人的にはノンアルペアリングが素晴らしいなと思いました。
一から作られていて、シェフやソムリエはじめて皆さんのアイデアが取り入れられた逸品になっていました。
料理とのマリアージュも楽しむことができると思います♪
今回はランチコースをいただきましたが、ボリュームもしっかりありました。
MAZさんやtincganaさんも姉妹店とのことで、これから世界的に注目されるレストランに進化すると私は思いました。
