1品目の茶碗蒸しは、まずはそのまま。そして削りたての鰹節と一緒に。
芳ばしい、削りたての鰹節と柚子の香りが口の中にふわっと広がる！
本日のおばんざいは、梅干しのキムチ、ボイルタン、ブリのお刺身。
梅干しキムチはお酒のつまみにもってこい！魚介にお肉に色々楽しめるのも嬉しい。
赤身ユッケは、サシが綺麗に入っていてめちゃ旨。黄身をたっぷり絡めて食べればさらに美味しさアップ。
そしておかか名物の出汁しゃぶ！！
鹿児島県産、黒豚バラ、黒豚ロース、黒毛和牛極上サーロイン、肩三角、肩ロース、牛タンと様々な部位がずらり。お肉は注文を受けてから1枚1枚カットしてくれるのは嬉しい！とっても新鮮。
スープは、食べる直前にたっぷりの鰹節で出汁をとり、濃厚な出汁でしゃぶしゃぶをいただきます。タレなどはなく、出汁スープの味だけで堪能します。
こだわり抜いたお出汁とお肉の相性は抜群。季節を感じる野菜も盛りだくさん。
鰹の出汁があふれ出る、だし巻き卵も美味しかった～
最後はご飯が見えないほどたっぷりと鰹節がかかったおかかおにぎり。
ボリュームたっぷりのしゃぶしゃぶにおにぎりで、お腹も心もいっぱいです！
とっても優しい味わいなので体も軽い。
