土曜日の夕方遅いお昼かなぁ早い晩御飯かなぁ、三越でお歳暮を済ませて日本橋渡ってぶらぶらと高島屋へ。
高島屋本館地下一階、ふぐ薄造りやふぐちりの春帆楼高島屋店の奥のイートイン、カウンター4席のみ、嫁はんとほぼほぼ待たずにラッキー。
雑炊ふく刺しセット注文です。とらふぐ刺身とらふぐ雑炊に小鉢は煮こごり それにお吸物におしんこ(@ap3300円、去年の11月の事)。
それと、ふく巻き寿司。とらふぐ巻きずし8貫に小鉢は煮こごり それにお吸い物。(@ap2600円)
煮こごり美味し~美くし~。ぬる燗が良くお似合いです。
ふくさしは三、四枚まとめてあ~む、嬉しい歯ごたえっ、 歯茎が気持ちよがってますヨン。
もちろん雑炊はすーぷとご飯が固いきずな(?)で結ばれてて、ほんと旨いです。
ふくは唐揚げと雑炊が好きだな、お父さんのふく両横綱かもですヨン。
ち~とばかりビーとぬる燗、あちちっのヒレ酒(@1320円)。
ひれ酒の炎ってず~っとついてるんですよね~、う~っすらゆ~らゆら。
そういえば昔、築地の勝鬨橋のたもとで皆んなでどんだけ消えないか競争したことがありました。
カウンター、ふく職人の”匠の技”が目の前で見れるのが嬉しいですね~。
白い帽子にロゴ入り白衣、、、白、しろ、シロ、お店もパステル、清潔感たっぷり、すっきりさっぱりすがすがしくてまるでふく刺し(ナンノコッチャ)みたい、で、心象とっても良きですヨン。
こちら、あの下関の春帆楼さん、関門海峡を見下ろす迎賓館。
福岡勤務時代が懐かしいです。
明治21年、伊藤博文公が春帆楼でふぐ料理を食されたのを契機にご禁制が解かれ、ふぐ料理公許第一号の栄誉を担って以来120余年培った伝統の味と巧の技をお楽しみくださいだって。
今年もふくシーズン到来ですね~。
