下関の春帆楼といえば
伊藤博文が愛し、日本のふぐ公認一号店という歴史のあるお店
そんなお店ですが・・・
日本橋高島屋の地下の魚売り場に4席だけのイートインがあります
ちなみに下関では「ふぐ」ではなく「ふく」と言うそうで
今回はふくの刺身と雑炊のセットを頂きました
料理は2回にわかれて提供されます
まず、ふく刺しと吸い物
次に
ふく雑炊と煮こごり、お新香
養殖ものでしたが美味しかったです
ふく雑炊はかなりの薄味で、ポン酢を入れてと言われましたが
邪道かもしれませんが煮こごりと一緒に食べると一番美味しかった
おそらく全国の春帆楼で一番リーズナブルではないでしょうか
