じゅうじゅう焼き定食。目玉焼きをトッピング。
じゅうじゅう焼きは、牛バラとタマネギの甘味噌炒め。
牛肉はやや筋っぽく、タマネギが多めで、タレは甘味が強めと感じるものの、お肉を食べた満足感は十分にある。しっかりとしたボリューム感と濃過ぎないながらも適度な濃厚な味わいが良き。
目玉焼きをトッピングしていて、これが絶妙な半熟加減で、ドロっとキミが出てくればマイルドな味わいに。
お米がめっちゃ進むので、大盛りにできるならしたい気分。
平日ランチで11:30頃訪問、４割ぐらいの混み具合で、12:00前には満席。意外と提供までも早い。
店内は、ムーディな鉄板焼き屋さん、夜の方がより雰囲気が出そう。ランチだと、少しジューシーな香りをまとってオフィスに戻ります。
