妻のお誕生日祝いで利用させていただきました。
お料理はどれもとても美味しかったです。
鰯の京鴨とフォアグラマリネは、鴨とフォアグラの旨味がとても引き立っていていました。
ホタテ貝のグリエは、クレソンのソースとグレープフルーツの爽やかさとホタテの旨味が相性バッチリでした。
いとより鯛のポワレと海藻バターのニョッキも、それぞれとても味わい深い一品！
和牛フィレ肉のローストは肉本来の旨さが、最高でした。
お料理はどれも美味しいし、ラストの特別なBirthdayミルフィーユも、妻はとても喜んでくれました。
スタッフの方々の細やかな心遣いもとても嬉しかったです。
大切な記念日に、お腹だけでなく、心もいっぱい、笑顔いっぱいになりました。
