日本橋にて、刀削麺ランチをしました。
以前から刀削麺が大好きでよく食べていましたが、このお店は久々の訪問でした。
【食べたもの】
麻辣刀削麺 800円
やはり刀削麺を食べるからには、これを頼まなければ！
しびれる辛さが病みつきになる、花山椒とラー油が香る麻辣刀削麺です。
以前食べた時は辛味が足りない印象でしたが、久々に食べたら、なんだか前より美味しくなっています！
しびれる辛さも前より強くなり、甘辛い肉と香菜、いんげんも以前より多い感じです！
辛いものが大好きな人にはたまらない、ストレスがふっとぶ美味しさです。
ただ、お昼時はすごく混んでいて店員さんがとても大変そうです。
ここも美味しいですが、恵比寿や麹町にある張家の麻辣刀削麺が個人的にはナンバーワンです！
またお昼にストレス解消に伺いたいと思います。
