八重洲通りの一本北側の通り、
八重洲一丁目から日本橋三丁目へとつながるこの通りを八日(ハッピー)通りというそうです。
さて、八日通り沿い、ニュー八重洲ビルの地下1階にある西安系の中華やさんです。
1階の入口では兵馬俑が迎えてくれます。
平日19時過ぎに伺いました。
手前に小上がりの部屋があったり、
奥に円卓の仕切れる部屋があったりと余裕のつくりです。
ホールは本場系のママさんが切り盛りしてました。
お疲れ様セット： 980円(税込)
この手の中華やさんでは、税別表記のことが多いので
(税込)と書いてあるのはなかなか良心的です。
お疲れ様セットは、飲み物＋前菜・料理＋点心です。
生ビール＋酢豚＋焼き餃子にしました。
生ビールは、一番搾りのドシッとしたジョッキ。
泡もきめ細かく味わいもまずまず。
そこへ、ピーナツが出てきました。
・・・うむ、やはりそうきたか。。
お疲れ様セットでも容赦なくお通しを出してくるところが本場系ならでは。
お会計に上乗せされるのかどうか？
酢豚は、オレンジ色の餡に、玉ネギ・ピーマン・ニンジン入り。
棒状のお肉は7個。厚めの衣に包まれてます。
野菜はシャキシャキとしてます。
餃子は、薄めのつるつるの皮。
粗挽き肉とニラなどの入った餡はジューシーです。
お会計は 1,130円。
ピーナツ代150円ということでしょうね。
これぞ本場系中華やさんの醍醐味なのです。(^^ゞ
