今回も日本橋の中華料理店。ランチは非常にリーズナブル。
なかでも、麻辣刀削麵と半チャーハンのセットで800円を選択。
さあ、やってきました。
まずは麺。太く平らながらも波打つ麺は舌触り滑らかペロンペロン。これがスープに浸ってうまみ倍増。量もたっぷり。うまい。
次にスープ。赤茶色く染まるスープは辛いながらもうまみたっぷり。辛さは普通の人にはちょっと辛いかもしれないが、私にとってはベストマッチング。濃厚で旨辛。いいですね。
そして具。パクチーは選択制。もちろん選択。こういうスープには実に合う。もやしもスープがよくしみてうまい。また、青菜もいける。とにかく野菜が合う。ひき肉も程よい味わいにととのえられ、これがスープと混ざるとまたうまい。
くわえて、半チャーハンもおいしくいただけました。
というわけで、リーズナブルでおいしい身近な中華料理店。是非。
ラーメンって本当においしいものですね。
