冷担々麺
東京出張のランチタイム、刀削麺があるお店を訪問。
ランチメニューを見て方針変更。担々麺に惹かれました。担々麺は2つ、担々麺と冷担々麺。冷担々麺が汁なし担々麺です。冷担々麺800円を注文。
冷担々麺は、汁なし担々麺、半炒飯、杏仁豆腐、漬物というセット内容。白ごはんじゃなく半炒飯ってセットは初めてかも。
この汁なし担々麺、味はまるでジャージャー麺。食べ終わると底にオレンジ色のラー油がちょっとあるけど、汁なし担々麺と言われて想像する味とは異なります。これはこれでうまいけどやや塩辛い。
担々麺がやや塩辛かったわりに半炒飯は薄味。グルタミン酸ソーダの化学調味料たっぷりの炒飯ではなかったのでうまかった。
冷坦々麺というジャージャー麺、白ごはんじゃなく炒飯、たくあんというやや不思議な坦々麺のセットですが、日本橋で税込800円ですからCPは良好です。

東京出張のランチタイムで再訪。店名が「刀削麺房 回味」なんですが、まだ刀削麺を食べていなかったので。
注文は「麻辣刀削麺」800円。麻辣刀削麺と半チャーハンがセットになっています。
麻辣刀削麺は予想と全然違いました。スープには花椒によるさわやかな痺れはなく、ちょっと辛くて酸味が強い。酸辣湯麺のスープのようです。
麺はもさっとした食感です。刀削麺は今までほとんど食べたことがないので、この食感が標準なのかこのお店独特なのかわかりません。麺量が多いので半分しか食べることができませんでした。
麻辣刀削麺はうまいとは感じなかったのですが、チャーハンは前回同様に薄味でうまかったです。料理の評価は☆3.0にしましたが、チャーハンによって評価が良くなりました。
日本橋という場所で800円で満腹になります。味はともかくCPは良好と思います。
