説明も八寸の盛り付けも、どちらもちゃんとできない若い板前見習いさん、ちゃんと大将は指導すべきでは？
盛り付けは雑。私は二度と行かない。
料理、接客、どれも全てが素晴らしかった！！
誰かを連れて行ったあげたいと思える、
そして、絶対にまた行きたいと思えるお店です。
接待で利用。見た目も味も最高だった✌日本酒も美味しく頂きました。
入手が難しいプレミアムな日本酒をはじめ、料理に合うお酒をどんどん勧めてくれる。
料理が盛られた器も美しい。
創意溢れる割烹。味はもちろん、底値のコースでも充分なボリューム。ただ、お酒を飲みすぎると会計が跳ねる。
接待で伺いました。
いつものように、家庭でも使う食材を、対象の卓越した技能でおいしい和食に変身させています。
お客さんも大満足でした。ごちそうさまでした。
安価で頑張っていると思う。
ワインリストも良かった。
もう少し上等なコースで再訪したい。

母にお誕生日ご馳走していただきました。居心地の良いお店で丁寧な印象。ちょっと行くのに迷ってしまった記憶。
さすがに外れ無し。心地よく対応してくれる素敵なお店でした。和食って素敵だなと思わせてくれる日本橋の隠れた名店です。
ご主人ね橋本さんは吉兆で腕を磨かれ、丁寧な和食をお値打ち値段で頂けます

締めのあとのデザートまで手抜きなく、抹茶と和菓子は良かったねっと。
