まずは前菜とビールで！お次にお召し上がり頂く切り方スペシャルは、大判サーロインを職人が包丁で１枚１枚丁寧に切り分けた１㍉サーロインをすき焼きの割り下にくぐらせます。従業員が卓上でサッと焼き上げますので溶いた卵をたっぷりつけてお召し上がりください。
とにかくいろんな切り方を楽しめて、美味しくて最高の味わいコース。
残った溶き卵にタレ焼きをつけても最高です。
