普段はあまりつけない厳し目の査定をつけてみました。
チェーン店の方向性を間違って欲しくないので、参考にしてもらいたいです。

1.経営面
利益率から逆算してますね。例えば
刺身3点盛り　980円
写真はドアップで撮影して豪華に見えるけど、マグロは極薄、タコなんかタコワサくらい小さくて食べ応えゼロ。お得感だしながら、ぼったくってる典型。
生ビールなんかジョッキがめちゃくちゃ小さい。
ご飯類なんか茶碗一杯程度のボリューム。
