お重から海老の尻尾がはみ出しているのがご愛嬌。
蓋を開ければ
ドーンと二尾の大海老の迫力！
天ぷらの衣は
お重で蓋して蒸らされているからだろう、
カラリ感は無くふわしんなりしていて、
海老はぷっつりぷりぷりな心地よい歯応えで
その充実した身の甘さにタレの上品な甘さが良く馴染む。
欲を言えばお供のご飯はもっと硬めに炊いて欲しいが、
全体としてはまずまず美味しい天重だった。
