拘りの薪焼きでお魚、お肉、デザートを調理し提供するスタイル。
ここまで拘るのに何で料理毎にカトラリーを変えないのか？凄く丁寧で繊細な味を作りだしてるのに勿体無いなと感じました。
カプレーゼめっちゃ美味しい☺️
