店名はナオキのアパート。
その名の通りカウンター8席のプライベートな空間。
ナオキシェフの拘りを味わい尽くして来ました。
※ナオキシェフは写真で見ると怖いですが、笑
実際は優しい優しい人です。
スープから始まりお肉まで9皿
そこからパスタ５種を好きなだけ選んでねスタイル（僕は4皿）
デザートが2皿
コーヒーにも素敵なお菓子
全てが感動レベルで【オタク】笑
ウツボとか初めて食べたし。
17時間煮込んだテールとか。
カリカリふわふわのフォカッチャとか。
小麦粉から作るパスタとか。
チームプレイが苦手なシェフ。
大きいお店のシェフをやってたら自分のやりたい事が出来なかった。と
本場イタリアでの経験とお一人でやり続ける探究心と手間暇を惜しまないナオキシェフの拘りがあるからこそ実現されたお料理たちに感動しました。
ご馳走様でした。
店内にはシェフがコレクションしてる本が沢山。
