日本橋駅からすぐ、メイン通りの一本裏にある小綺麗なお店。
店名に豚料理とありますが、豚以外にも海鮮系もあったりと、色々な料理を楽しめます。
半個室と個室のお部屋があり、接待利用の方も多い印象。キレイな店構えなので、居心地が良いです。
◼️お通し：伊達せん(大葉、クリームチーズ、あかえび、とびっこ、塩レモン)
煎餅と上の具材が絶妙にマッチしています。おつまみに最適な味。
今朝旬魚 刺身盛り合わせ(みずだこ、カンパチ、富士山サーモン、メダイ)
たことカンパチが美味しかったです。
２人前を頼みましたが4切れずつのっていました。
◼️本日のお浸し盛り合わせ(エシャレット、丘ひじき、うるい、パプリカ)
おすすめです。おしゃれなお浸し。エシャレットはめちゃくちゃ辛かった！
◼️白子の揚げだしとカラスミ
衣がちょっと厚めだったかも？
まだ白子が食べられるのは嬉しいポイント
◼️名物アジのレアカツ
お刺身で使えるほど新鮮なアジをレアに揚げてるとのことだったのですが、柔らかくて臭みもなくサクサクで美味しかったです
◼️ヒレカツとあん肝といくら
お醤油をお好みでと言われましたが、私は塩がおすすめ
◼️名物ロースかつすき焼きご飯•卵付き
甘めの味付けでお肉も柔らかい。あとは見た目通りで美味しい。
◼️旬甘味盛り合わせ(メロン、オレンジ、ブドウ)
