12時前に初訪問です。入口は階段を登った2階、そこで。3階へと案内されます。狭い階段なので、ちょっと不安になりますが、しっかりとパーティションも立てられた席で、密でもありません。
1400円のチョイス型ランチで、サーモンクリームをメインにしたものにします。
待つこと5分程でスープが到着。
いや、面白い。桃のスープ！甘味と桃の香りがしっかりと感じられますが、甘すぎようなものではありません。これ、すごい美味しい。期待できます。
サーモンクリームも身の程よい柔らかさ、サーモン独特の旨み、そしてそれを打ち消さず、うまく調和するクリームソースが素晴らしい。添えられた野菜達も色鮮やかでお皿の上が絵画のようです。もちろん野菜もお味がいい。
パンは2切れでこちらも美味しいです。
そして、デザートにコーヒー。満足でした。
