ランチは刺身定食の一択で彷徨う僕に難関が降り注ぐ。
八丁堀駅からほど近いこのお店。今回が訪問初となりました。
入店直後、「今日は刺身定食終わっちゃいました。」八丁堀の刺身定食を食べると言うテーマが黄信号。
それならと「本日の日替わり定食で！」と変わり身の早い僕。金額は1200円。
鯖の文化干し、マグロブツ、納豆、お新香に、お味噌汁。
マグロぶつは刺身の中にも盛り込まれているであろう鮪。
キハダでしょうか、メバチでしょうか。美味しいです。
文化干しも脂が乗ってて旨い。野菜、海藻などついでに添えられているものが美味しくいただけるのもポイント高い。
添えられた野菜が千切り大根だけの店とは大違い。
あと、これはすんごく嬉しかったのが納豆が添えられている事。一時期、ランチに納豆を探していた事があり、こんなところで出会えるとは！しかも魚と納豆を組み合わせてランチにいただく事の出来ること、これはポイント高すぎる。
トータルで見ると1200円は決して高くない。
白飯はまあまあかな。びっくりするようなお米を食べさせてくれる店もある中で普通のクオリティ。
返す返すも刺身定食が売り切れていたのが残念。
ホタテや煮穴子も乗っているらしい。
鯖はエイコサペンタエン酸やドコサヘキサエン酸がたっぷりだけど昼は刺身が旨く感じます。
