茅場町駅近くにある飲食店の集まったGENSに入っている「藁焼き鰹たたき明神丸」。
高知名物の鰹のたたきを始め、土佐名物の鰹料理を中心に、美味い料理が食べられるお店です。
茅場町の他店で送別会の後、２件目に訪問しました。
1件目の料理が残念でしてが、こちらの料理は皆んな大満足でした。
【感想】
全体的に注文した料理は全て美味しく、スタッフの皆様も対応が良かったので、とても良いお店でした。
特に藁焼き鰹のたたきって、こんなに美味いんですね！
藁の心地良い香ばしい香りが口に広がり、肉厚で柔らかいカツオの身の味が最高！絶品です。
2件目でしたが、1件目よりも皆んな食欲旺盛。
確実に1件目より、沢山食べていました。（笑）
何を注文したかが不明ですが、どれも美味くて満足できる送別会でした。
また機会改めて訪れたいです。
