八丁堀駅から徒歩で2分ほどの場所に位置するこちらのお店を利用。
今回は休日の16時ごろと、かなり中途半端な時間帯に利用しました。
また、この日は台風が接近しているとあって店内は私以外にはお客さんは無し。
店内は地下に位置しているだけあってかなり広めで今回利用した1名用のカウンター席から宴会向けの座敷のような席、そして小ブースに近いテーブル席が用意されていました。
そのため、様々なシーンに利用しやすいお店だと思います。
今回は税込みで750円の鉄火丼を注文。
注文から提供までは3分ほどとなかなかオペレーションは良かった印象です。
食べてみた感想としては安定したクオリティのシンプルな丼。
具は量が少し少なかったものの、凍っているようなこともなく安定した味。
酢飯は少し甘く、かつしっかりと塩味が効いており、ネタと併せて食欲をそそられました。
安定感のあるクオリティと雰囲気の良さから、また利用したくなるようなお店です。
