僕たちプロの間では前から果樹を食べてた動物は美味い！と話題になっています。今回入荷したのは広島県生口島、レモンで有名な瀬戸田のみかん猪です。みかん畑の頑丈な柵を乗り越え侵入している猪は農家さんにとって深刻な問題です。今回は鉄砲で駆除されました。みかんを食べすぎて皮まで黄色、脂もうっすら黄色がかっています。さっぱりとした甘い脂。
