１か月ぶりの人形町。今回はあてもなく彷徨っていたら、ん？…何やら外にガレットのメニューリストを出しているビストロがあるぢゃありませんか！ ガレット好きとしてはこりゃイイわと思い、即決で入店。
店内の雰囲気もまたザ・ビストロな感じで飲みたくさせる空気満載。サービスを担当される恐らく店主かな(・・? と思われる男性も朗らかで気さくな方だったので、居心地はすんごく良かったです。
今回注文したのは、Ｃセット１８８０円。ガレットを３種類の中から選択+サラダ+ドリンクといった内容。対するアルコールは、グラスワインの白と赤各５００円を１杯ずつ。
まずはサラダが供されます。グリーンサラダの上にキャロットラペがトッピングされていて、ドレッシングは酸の豊かなフレンチドレッシング。野菜は葉物がしゃっきりとフレッシュで、胡瓜が濃厚だったのが印象的。キャロットラペはクミンを使わないタイプなのであっさりと軽快。
次いでガレット。今回は季節のガレット、フォレスト（ベーコン、いんげん）を選択しました。因みにこちらのガレット、そば粉１００％で仕上げられているんですね。ということで例によって例のごとく、必殺！お店のコメント引用(^^ゞ
「石臼で丁寧に挽いたそば粉を使用。香ばしく、その食感と豊かな味わいが魅力的。高い食物繊維やタンパク質、ミネラルなど、栄養価も高く、体に優しいのがガレット♪」とのことです（お店のメニューリストより）。
確かに他店のガレットと較べてもそば粉の香りの密度がくっきりと際立っていると思いましたね。そして具材的にもコンプレットの変化球な感じなのでとても親しみやすい。
