The sake and shochu we sell are carefully selected from all over the country, mainly from Shizuoka Prefecture, where the owner and head chef are from. The owner's favorite is Isojiman, which has a fruity flavor that goes well with a variety of dishes. We also offer the rare "Aka Kirishima" all year round. It has a slightly sweet and elegant scent. Please enjoy the vivid sake vessels that play a supporting role in deepening the taste of sake.

The building, which was renovated by the owner, a former carpenter, designed and constructed by himself, and has a nostalgic and warm atmosphere. We are also particular about the interior design, with fittings ordered from old folk houses in Shizuoka Prefecture placed throughout the store. Our proud, colorful antique vessels add color to your dishes. There is a wide variety of sake vessels, and shochu is served in glittering Edo Kiriko glasses.
