人形町にある「いわ瀬」
4年連続ビブグルマンに選出されているお店！
正直何でもっと早く行かなかったんだろう…っていう気持ちです✨
アラカルトとコース(3種類)があり、
今回は一番高いコースで予約
手間暇かけているのが凄く伝わる
丁寧なお料理ばかりで、
どれも美味しすぎた…
名物の「牛ホホ赤ワイン煮込み」は
和食！？って思ったけど「八丁味噌」が使われており日本酒にぴったりの味
〆の土鍋御飯は「つや姫」！
ご飯のお供は超豪華でテンション上がった
料理長の「もっちょさん」は気さくに話してくれて素敵な方です♀️
アラカルトの出汁巻玉子がぷるぷるで美味しそうだったので次回はアラカルトでも行ってみようと思う！

店主の人柄が素晴らしく、
通えば通う程大好きになります(ง '-' )งw
日本酒好きには特におすすめだけど、
お酒がそんなに得意では無くても大丈夫です◎
レアな亀齢など美味しい日本酒が沢山飲めます！
人形町の細道にある隠れ家的な老舗和食居酒屋！
