ミシュランビブグルマンに選出されている人気居酒屋。平日のみの営業です。
店の外観は雰囲気があってめちゃくちゃ渋くて良い。どう考えても美味しいものを出す予感に溢れてます。
6800円のコースを選択。
まずは百合根のポタージュ。シンプルで大地の風味を感じます。
お刺身5点がいきなり豪華でテンション上がります。
マグロにポン酢、イカに塩昆布柚子、真鯛に煎り酒、ブリの揚げ叩き、サワラにネギ塩。煎り酒とは日本酒に梅干しなどを入れて煮詰めたものであり本格的な和食で提供される調味料。食べてみたかったので嬉しい。どれも日本酒に合う品ばかりです。
お次は貝（種類失念）の小柱茶碗蒸し。上から大量のチーズをすりおろしもはや反則です。こんなの美味いに決まってる。
名物の赤ワイン煮込みはお箸で簡単に切れる柔らかさ。歯茎だけでいけそう。甘味とコクに深みがあり思わず瞠目してしまう美味しさ。
コースに追加で穴子白焼を注文。この穴子が絶品であり香ばしさが尋常じゃない。過去一美味しい穴子でした。
締めのご飯は沢山のご飯のお供でいただけます。卵王（そう言う名前）、のり、生からすみ、鰹節、白菜漬け、マグロ漬け、鯖塩焼き、とろろ・いぶりがっこ・いくら。
これはもう美味すぎてアウトです。日本人に生まれてよかった。
最後のデザートはキャラメルアイスに抹茶と和三盆を振りかけたもの。こちらもキャラメルがかなり濃いアイスで実に美味しかった。
日本酒をそこそこ飲んでお会計は2人で25600円。
追加したり色々飲んだりしたので中々値段が上がりましたがそれだけ払っても何ら後悔しない満足度です。
めちゃくちゃ良いお店でした！

Second visit. I chose the same course as last time. Although there are some differences, such as the ingredients for surinagashi and the type of fish used for sashimi, the general structure is the same. Shirayaki conger eel is added separately. Conger eel is a must here. It's really super delicious. It's a pity that there were a little less variety of rice to go with it than last time, but it was still overwhelmingly satisfying. Next time I would like to visit a la carte.
